

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​

Lead and manage recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

Support employee engagement, training & development programs, and performance appraisal processes.

Handle disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Assist in HR policy development, documentation, and implementation.

Generate timely HR reports and analytics for management review.

Coordinate internal HR audits and ensure HR practices comply with current employment regulations (e.g., Employment Act 1955).

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support.

Support HR administrative tasks and continuous improvement projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws, statutory regulation and HR best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar HR generalist or specialist role.
