Software Development Engineer
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- - Develop software solutions for automated process equipment.
- Improve equipment capability and performance through software enhancements.
- Create software verification plans and test procedures to ensure reliability.
- Generate comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, for software development.
- Provide technical support to customers when needed.
- Participate in local or overseas business trips when required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- - Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, particularly C#.
- Experience in PLC, IoT, or Artificial Intelligence is an advantage.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, or any real-time operating system is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- - Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the automated machinery industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
