Senior Assembly Technician / Assembly Engineer (Mechanical / Wiring) - Production
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- -Responsible for the assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and improvement of automation machinery and equipment according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
-Assemble automation machines, modules, and mechanical sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
-Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, adjustment, and integration of machine components.
-Conduct machine troubleshoot assembly-related issues.
-Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineering teams to resolve technical problems during machine build.
-Ensure all assembly work complies with quality, safety, and production standards.
-Perform machine rework, modification, and improvement based on engineering change requests.
-Identify and report design, manufacturing, or assembly issues to the relevant departments.
-Ensure tools, equipment, and workstations are maintained in good condition.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- -Technical experience in mechanical & electrical.
Ability to work independently and self-discipline in managing projects.
Good project management and analytical skills.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- -Candidate must process at least a Certificate in Engineering either Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic or equivalent experience.
-Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
